Using GatherStart

GatherStart helps service teams create project checklists, send client submission links, collect files, and track progress. You are responsible for how you configure projects, invite clients, and use submitted information.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Client links should only be shared with people who are allowed to submit information for the relevant project.

Client and project content

You retain ownership of the content you and your clients submit. By using the service, you allow GatherStart to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use GatherStart to upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or access another account's data without permission.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but GatherStart is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

Disclaimers

GatherStart is provided as-is and is not a substitute for professional legal, compliance, tax, or security advice. You are responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate for your workflow and obligations.
